I've included a link to a little tutorial on how to open and refill your new Earth Rated poop bag holder. You can also follow these instructions:

1. First, slide the roll into the inner capsule and align the end of the bag through the slot, so that the bag comes out. 

2. Next, Slide over the outer capsule using the slots to align, so that the bag is fed through to the exterior. 

3. Rotate the inner capsule (bottom part) counterclockwise until you hear a  ‘clicks’ into position - which signals the lid is locked. 

4. Always ensure when refilling your dispenser that the groves are lined up together. This is to ensure your dispenser is locked and ready to use!

The design creates an exit path through the internal walls, providing just the right amount of tension on the bag, for a smooth bag extraction.
